Welcome to the Ocean House at 31 Ocean Avenue in York Beach, Maine. We are a residential condominium community with a 43-unit main building facing Short Sands Beach and 23 town houses in back. Ellis Short Sands Park is located directly across the street and was created with generosity and foresight by the Ellis family who built the Ocean House Hotel on the site of the present condominium complex.
